Internal Policies

  • Guest(s) must check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must check-out any time before 12:00 PM on the day of departure. If the guest(s) leaves the hotel after 12 o’clock of the day of departure, he/she is obligated to pay half of a one-night stay cost. If the guest(s) leave the hotel after 18 o’clock of the day of the departure, he/she is obligated to pay a one-night stay cost.
  • For each extra individual, that is 3-year-old or over, guest(s) will be charged 2,000,000 IRR.
  • Required Identity documents for check-in for Iranian guest(s): Original copy of certificate of identity, original copy of national ID card or original copy of passport. Office badges, driving license and military service completion card are not acceptable. Bear in mind that married couples must provide at least one of the certificates of identity, in such cases check-in for the other can be done by providing the original copy of national ID or original copy of passport.
  • Required Identity documents for check-in for foreign guest(s): Original copy of passport and valid visa with entry stamp.
  • Bear in mind that in case of using temporary marriage (concubine) certificate for check-in, the document must be embossed with Judicial Power seal. Concubine documents with the stamp of notary are not valid.
  • According to rules of Shemshak Boutique Hotel, if any of above-mentioned requirements not met or in case of unsuccessful authentication, the hotel has no obligation to refund your money.
  •    All guest must observe Islamic code of dress and Shemshak Boutique Hotel’s internal policies.
  • Each guest is responsible for the damages (intentional and unintentional) on the territory of the complex, caused by him/her personally. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account with a fee for the damage caused, according to the estimation done by the staff.
